What you need to know about our processing of your personal data:

That MILEAGE BOOK A/S is responsible for the processing of the personal data that we receive from you.

That you are welcome to contact Carsten Guldhammer at guldhammer@mileagebook.com.

That the purpose of processing your personal data is to deliver our goods or services to you, cf. GDPR Article 6(1)(b).

That the legal basis (authority) for us to process your personal data is the agreement/contract/order entered into, cf. GDPR Article 6(1)(b), and/or legislation, cf. GDPR Article 6(1)(c), and/or for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or a third party (unless the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data override this, in particular where the data subject is a child) cf. GDPR Article 6(1)(c), 1 f. The legitimate interests that justify the processing are the marketing of new services/products.

That the personal data category of the information we store is general (name, address, e-mail, GPS coordinates, registration number).

That we disclose or transfer your personal data to external recipients, including our data processors, advisors and to any cooperation partners necessary for the task.

That some of our data processors are located outside the EU/EEA. All of our data processors are approved in accordance with the requirements of the EU Commission and the Data Protection Regulation, which we are happy to document upon request.

That we have received the personal data from you and possibly from publicly available sources.

That we store your personal data for as long as, but not longer than, is lawful in relation to the Accounting Act, the consent rules, the limitation rules and/or other legislation.

That we do not use personal profiling to make automated decisions that may significantly affect the rights and freedoms of the person.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of your personal data. If you want to exercise your rights, you must contact us.

You have the right to access and rectification, i.e. you can view all your entered data on our platform at any time and correct/update the information, and you can also request access or correction.

You have the right to request deletion, i.e. you can have your personal data deleted, unless we deem it necessary to keep it for a longer period for accounting or legal reasons. The information will be deleted at the latest when any property rights claims have become time-barred.

You have the right to restriction of processing, i.e. you can control any restriction of processing.

You have the right to object, i.e. you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data in certain cases.

You have the right to have information transferred (data portability). This means that you can retrieve or have the information sent to you at any time.

Complaint to the Danish Data Protection Authority.
